The train at the Bensenville Railroad Museum in Veterans Park is available for parties and events. The program is currently under development. Contact Fischer Farm for more information at 630-834-3152 for more information about programs, availability and rates.

After Hours Facility Rental

Dive into a splashin’ good time at the Bensenville Water Park with After Hours Parties & Rentals. All rentals and parties will take place from 7:30-9:30 p.m. on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Outside food is permitted, but no glass or alcohol will be permitted at any time. All public swim pool rules still apply. Everyone entering the park is considered a guest even if they do not plan on swimming. There are two options for hosting your next summer party at the Water Park. Once you made your decision, fill out the  information form and turn it into the front desk at the Deer Grove Leisure Center or email it to Nicole Chesak at nchesak@bvilleparks.org

Option 1 (50-175 People)

Choose one of five sites throughout the facility to host your party. This non-exclusive rental may include the possibility of sharing the facility with other party groups.

Includes:

• Full access to the entire Water Park
• Designated tables and seating area for guests
• Option to bring in your own food

Price :
0–50 Guests $495 ($445 In-District)
50–175 Guests $495 ($445 In-District) + $8 per Extra Guest after initial 50 guest

Option 2 (0-1500 People)

Exclusive use of the entire facility. Only the people you invite will be allowed in.

Includes:

• Full access to the entire Water Park
• Option to bring in your own food or pay extra fee to have the concession stand open

Price:

0–300 Guests $1500 ($1350 In-District)
300–1000 Guests $1500 ($1350 In-District) + $5 each additional guest after initial 300 guests

A non–refundable deposit of $500 is due at the time of reservation. Final balance is due seven business days prior to the party.

Shelter Rentals

Groups can enjoy an open-air party offering plenty of space for guests and outdoor games when renting space at a Bensenville park.  The Bensenville Park District offers shelter locations that will be perfect for any event, whether it’s a birthday celebration, family gathering or school picnic.  Park hours are sunrise to sunset.

The Kiwanis Shelter located adjacent to the Water Park offers a barbecue grill, six picnic tables, electricity and restrooms. The pavilion at Breiter-Palm Park, located on Church Rd., just south of Memorial, may be rented as well. Sunrise Shelter, located at Memorial and Marion, can also be rented but has no electricity or bathrooms. These facilities can be rented May through September with reservations opening April 1 each year.

Athletic Field Rentals

The park district has a variety of soccer fields and baseball fields for throughout the community. Locations vary depending on in-house league needs and ground repairs in progress. Reservations for athletic fields start March 1. Fields can be rented, weather pending, April 1 through October.

White Pines Golf Club offers packages for weddings, showers, business meetings, golf outings, or any type of special event or fund-raiser. The convenient location just west of Chicago and 260 acres of beautifully maintained grounds and clubhouse amenities makes White Pines the ideal setting and perfect venue to host your next event

The banquet room provides a picturesque views of natural surroundings, offering floor-to-ceiling windows and a wrap-around balcony for guests to enjoy the majestic course views and experience the tranquility of the pond, waterfall and fountain. The banquet room can accommodate up to 240 guests for golf outings, meetings, and wedding receptions.

The Pavilion at White Pines offers a larger space with the ability to accommodate a guest list of up to 300 for golf outings and other events. A secluded patio on the west side of the pavilion provides the perfect spot for guests to mingle. The tented pavilion is available during the months of May through October.

The Pine Room is available for birthdays, meetings, golf outings, graduations, communions, showers or any special event! This charming little building is located on the periphery of White Pines golf course, south of Third Avenue at 531 S. Church Road. The interior features include pine finishes and a stone fireplace which offers you and your guests a cozy, rustic, chic atmosphere.
