The Bensenville Park District will commemorate Hispanic Heritage Month with a celebration that includes a kermes at White Pines Golf Club from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, September 22, combining a cultural experience with a charitable opportunity for the community.
The Hispanic Heritage Month celebration at the Pavilion at White Pines Golf Club, 500 W. Jefferson St. in Bensenville, promises an immersive cultural celebration. The kermes includes authentic food, music and dancing. This program is partially
supported by a grant from the Illinois Arts Council.

The Bensenville Park District invites arts and crafts vendors for its Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration, 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 22. Vendors for homemade arts and crafts, direct-selling companies, pottery, furniture, antique dealers, primitives, salvaged and vintage goods, jewelry, clothing, makeup, health and wellness are all welcome. The vendor registration fee of $25, due with the application, reserves a table inside the Pavilion at White Pines, 500 W. Jefferson. A limited number of vendor opportunities are available.
