Bensenville, Ill. (June 25, 2024)–TruGreen is scheduled to begin the second of three applications of fertilizer and herbicide to the turf at the following Bensenville Park District locations beginning Friday, June 28, weather permitting:
- Deer Grove Leisure Center;
- Bensenville Water Park (exterior);
- Arbor Park;
- DiOrio Park;
- Krempels Park;
- Pines Park;
- Poplar Park;
- Rose Park;
- Sunrise Park; and
- Sunset Park.
After a service, TruGreen advises to allow the application to dry before resuming use of the fertilized area. Although highly dependent upon temperature and humidity, most liquid products TruGreen uses dry within 1-2 hours.
