Fitness Dayz – Yoga at the Farm

Enjoy a FREE Vinyasa Yoga class at Fischer Farm surrounded by a wooded forest preserve. Mats will be provided, but participants are free to bring their own. Make sure to bring water. Rain location: Granary Barn at the Farm.
