Fitness Dayz Free Outdoor Bootcamp

Complete strength, balance, core, speed and agility circuits as well as resistance training for a full body workout. All fitness levels are welcome, allowing participants to work out at their own pace. Modifications can be made for every circuit. All necessary fitness equipment will be provided; just bring water. Rain location: DGLC Exercise Room.
