Bensenville, Ill.— The Bensenville Park District is excited to announce the addition of voice lessons to its wide range of recreational programs. Designed for individuals aged 7 and above, this program provides aspiring singers with the opportunity to develop their vocal skills and express their musical talents. Voice lessons take place in the Music Room of the Deer Grove Leisure Center, offering convenient sessions on Wednesdays between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. throughout the year.
Voice lessons are tailored to accommodate participants of various skill levels, whether they are beginners or have previous singing experience. Under the guidance of an experienced vocal instructor, students will receive personalized instruction to enhance their vocal technique, expand their range, improve their pitch and develop their stage presence.
“We are thrilled to offer Voice lessons as part of our comprehensive cultural and fine arts offerings,” Bensenville Park District Cultural Arts Supervisor Faith Hollander says. “This program provides a supportive and nurturing environment for individuals of all ages to explore and develop their vocal talents, fostering a lifelong appreciation for music.”
The Voice lessons program offers flexibility to accommodate participants’ schedules, with lessons available between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Wednesdays throughout the year. The lessons will take place in the Music Room of the Deer Grove Leisure Center, 1000 W. Wood Street.
Enrollment in voice lessons is open to individuals aged 7 and above. The fee for each class is $30, and participants are encouraged to register in advance to secure their preferred time slot.
Hollander adds, “Whether students aspire to perform on stage or simply want to explore their vocal abilities, park district voice lessons will provide the tools and guidance needed to develop as confident and skilled singers.”
The district also offers piano lessons for those ages 5 and older between the hours of 3 and 8 p.m. Tuesdays throughout the year as well as guitar lessons for children between 6 and 12 years of age Mondays between 5 and 6 p.m.
